A couple of weeks ago, when the weather was actually warm and lovely here (it's been pretty cloudy and a bit chilly lately) we took Addy for her first swim. She was rather indifferent about the whole thing, not super excited and not sad. This is kind of what I figured the case might be, because she feels the same way about baths, doesn't love em but doesn't hate em either. Anyway, I mostly wanted to post pictures so everyone could see the precious little bathing suit and cover up my mom sent here awhile back. We had a little trouble getting the straps to stay up, but quite adorable nonetheless! I especially loved the ruffly bum on it. You will also notice that there are no pictures of me here, that was not by accident!
As you can see from the pictures, being tan runs in the family!
I thought Addy's face here was quite funny!

I think chunky thighs are everybody's favorite--judging by the comments and my own love of squeezing them. So why is it that we try to cover them up as we get older, come on, just tell your squeemish neighbor, "Go ahead, I know you want to squeeze my chunky thighs, I don't mind!" Hah! I'll stick to my swim skirt, thank you!
