Two Projects

I am working on 2 projects at the moment. The first one and also my first priority right now, is getting ready for Addy's birthday party this Saturday. Of course I started out wanting to keep it simple, but that hasn't happened. I'm not so great at keeping things simple! I'm doing a theme of butterflies and flowers, which I know doesn't make much sense at all in October. I just really like butterflies and flowers though, so that's what I'm going with. I really wanted to make handmade decorations, (see how I'm not keeping it simple!) so that's mainly what I've been working on for the past while. I found the cutest die-cut flowers at Target (AKA the best place on earth!) in the scrap booking area, which will be hanging up all over the place. The second project, which I have been pretty negligent about lately due to the fact that I've been hard at work on the other project is making a book out of my blog. No small task, considering how often I post! (This is post 201 for me and I've had my blog just a little over a year.) It will be a really great baby book for Addy when it's all done, which will be nice. It's a much easier process than I was expecting. I'm doing it on blurb. It's a great website and hopefully I'll have it completed before Addy's second birthday rolls around!

I bet her party turns out darling. I tried keeping Rylee's birthday "simple" this year and ended up doing 4 birthday parties for her. It is so hard to keep it simple!

I am wanting to make my blog into books for Christmas this year. Is it too late? Is it really time consuming?
