First Annual Mills Family Light Festival and some other stuff

This house definetly won the award for most blow up decorations. They had about 10 of them on their lawn and roof. I also like that you can see Addy's little shoe in the right hand corner of the picture.



A few days ago Addy, Ryan and I took a stroll around a neighborhood near our apt. complex to look at all the lights. The main reason being, Addy gets so excited when she sees Christmas lights. She points and says "wow" or "ooohhh". It's really cute to watch her enthusiasm. Who doesn't like Christmas lights, really? They're always such a lovely sight to behold. We first went and got hot chocolate from 7-11, only the best hot chocolate ever. Seriously, the best. If any of you out there have never tried it you just must run, not walk and try it out! Then we headed off to see the lights. It was a nice little outing for our family and a tradition that I'd like to continue in years to come.

P.S. I would be fine with never seeing another snicker doodle again in my entire life! I have made like 4 batches of them in the past few days to give out as Christmas cookies. (and eaten about 2 dozen myself!) They are a delightful cookie, but I've grown so weary of looking at those little buggers!

P.P.S. Don't you just hate nosy people? As I was walking with Addy into the grocery store the other day, when it was pouring rain I had a man in the parking lot say, "Your baby is going to get sick." My reply was, "No, she's not." I also wanted to add, "Mind your own bleepin business." But decided to bite my tongue. Might I add that Addy was wearing long pants, a fleece sweater with a hood and shoes and socks. Also, even though it was raining it was probably still about 50 degrees outside! Stupid man!
