Monday:Crockpot lasagna with green beans and bread (never made it last week)
Tuesday:Navajo tacos (also didn't make this one last week. I'm not a slacker, but last week was pretty busy for me.)
Wednesday:BBQ hot dogs and hamburgers with fresh fruit
Thursday:BBQ Pulled pork sandwiches (from the Crockpot 365 site) with sweet potato oven fries (we didn't use cajun seasoning like in this recipe, just some garlic salt and other seasonings) and fresh fruit.
Friday:Pizza
Saturday:Leftovers
Sunday: Salsa chicken (from the Crockpot 365 site) burritos and Mexican rice. I added cream of mushroom soup to this chicken last time and it was a really good burrito filling!

So I'm noticing you are a fan of the crock pot. I really like the 'not your mother's slow cooker cookbook' recipes. They have the book at most libraries. I'm going to check out that site you linked to, and add Navajo tacos to our menu. I have never actually made those before.
I'm going to try the pulled pork - sounds really good.
I'm a firm believer in planning menus as well. It's been a little crazy around here lately and I went to Walmart without a list and I just about hyperventialled. I had no plan...no menu...I just knew I had no toilet paper or food in the house and something had to give...so I came home with Heaven knows what...hope I can cook something with it.
all looks yumm-o!
i love sweet potato fries. and those tacos sound good......
do you feel like planning these recipes helps with the grocery bill?
