First up, Labor Day. We hung out at Coronado with Brad, Kara and Hallie. Then we went to our house and had a little BBQ. Very relaxing and lots of fun!

Okay, I know this picture is a little blurry, but is this not the most hairy man you've ever seen? I honestly couldn't believe my eyes and therefore had to sneak a picture of this wolf man!

For some reason this was the only picture I got of the girls, cute though!
When we were at the beach Ryan found this clam and of course we had to bring it home and cut that sucker open!
Here's what we found inside, DISGUSTING!
We went to a nearby place called Lake Murray to feed the ducks.
Not much feeding went on. Instead it turned into a game of let's see how much dirt we can chuck in the water!
This little boy decided to join in the fun with Addy
We went to the Japanese Friendship Garden with our friends Christina and Isabelle and then went to play at a nearby park that was really fun for the girls
This was probably the cutest moment of the day. Isabelle started singing a song from "Sleeping Beauty." Quite precious!

Last but not least, London's 4th birthday party. It was a blast!

We roasted marshmallows
over the fire! It was so much fun and the first beach bonfire we'd ever done! I only wish we would have done it sooner!
As usual, Addy got as sandy as could be!

Addy's pirate face, while doing the splits, is my favorite. Advanced stuff! The more pictures the better, as far as I'm concerned!
i love that almost all of those are beach pictures! i can't get enough of that chub. she does seem to quite enjoy the sand, doesn't she? it's very funny. the hairy back man was remarkable. remarkably disgusting. i'm surprised you didn't get caught taking a picture...seeing as how you always get caught doing things!

That is totally how I used to be with my journal -- too much to catch up on meant not doing it! But, people do love pics. I'm serious. I tend to write lots of wordy stuff, but in truth I much prefer to look at little pics with snippets of info about them. Cute red suit an Addy!
that "man" was SO hairy. it scared me. and i was also a little scared because i thought you were going to say that ryan ATE that clam. iccccck! addy loves that sand! she is adorable!

I love how Addy's hair is growing so long and cute! Was Nie Nie on Oprah? What day? I have it all TIVOed this week, but the subjects looked like they couldn't possibly include her. Oh and hairy guy was amazing. I totally want to stroke his luminecent fur.
OH MY GOSH!!!! John and I couldn't stop looking at the hairy man! haha oh yeah and of course Addy is beautiful, but OH MY GOSH!!!!!!!!!
