Ryan and I celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary on July 2nd. We didn't end up getting to do all the things we had originally planned on, but it didn't matter because we still had a great time together. We were in Napa for a few days to celebrate the 4th of July (which is my next post) and we ended up going to Bodega Bay for a little beach trip during the day. The drive there was so beautiful and honestly probably the best part. That evening we went to
this cute Italian restaurant in Napa for dinner. It was some of the most delicious and unique Italian food I've ever had! Loved it! If you ever find yourself in Napa, you should try it out! After dinner we wandered around downtown Napa together. There is not a better, funnier or funner man on this earth than the one that I married! I love my fella!

Our delightful desserts
My sister recommended we get taffy while we were in Bodega Bay. (Apparently it's their speciality here) I am glad she did because not only was this little building adorable, but the taffy was the best ever!

I love that little taffy shop. We have gone there once a year since I was born. Northern Cali is so BEAUTIFUL!
Happy 5 years! Looks like you had a great time celebrating.
mmmmm, salt water taffy. It looks like a lot of fun. And those desserts look really yummy!
that's right...i'm full of awesome recommendations. glad you guys had fun. i really like bodega bay. i think it's so cute. are those desserts from buttercream bakery by any chance? you know how i feel about buttercream bakery.
Joce, unfortunately they are not from the Buttercream Bakery, (where the butter makes the batter better) they are from Brown's Valley Market.
