As you may be able to tell from the crib, the diaper changing table, and other baby paraphernalia this is going to be Adeline's room. Unfortunately, right now it looks like this! I know, you're probably thinking to yourself "Melissa, aren't you unemployed right now and home all day with nothing to do but watch soap operas and eat bon-bons?" My reply is yes, that's sadly true. For some reason I have not done too great of a job getting her room ready though. As you can see the crib is really the only thing that isn't covered in stuff and looks cute. Everything else is covered mostly in clothes that need to be hung up. It's sad really, because I'm pretty sure that the baby has more clothes than I do! (At last count I think she had about 40 onsies, seriously!) Anyway, my goal by the end of this week is to have the babies room completely finished, so that the after pictures look much cuter than the before pictures shown above! Wish me luck!

I was the same way. I didn't work for about a month before Hallie came. I WANTED to get her room together, but everytime I went in I would stand there at a loss. Good luck. I'm sure it'll look really cute!

You probably have all those great clothes because you have an amazing sister that works for a major children's clothing retailer, and bought you a ton of stuff at the sample sale, right? Speaking of, there is another one this Thursday. I fully intend to snag a few more items for Adeline, but don't worry I will also keep some for myself and my "hope chest" (haha, that term is really funny to me). Good luck with the room, it looks really cute from the pictures. I'm hoping you have her soon so that you really can bless her on the weekend of November 3-4 since then when our plane tickets are for!
Such a cute room. I never did anything like this, I am way to boring. I love the crib with the princess look. Too cute. You'll need 40 onesies, it's amazing how many you can go through.

I just found out you have a blog! How cool are you! Your baby's room looks awesome. I'm due Oct. 20th and we haven't even been able to start on the baby's room because we just finished our room and were living in her room until 2 nights ago.
Ummm...I think that big "bin" is from your other totally amazing sister who had tons of cute hand-me-downs for you. Am I right or am I right or am I right? I really like the way the crib looks though. CUTE!
