They Fit...Almost!

The other day I decided that I was sick and tired of continuing to wear the same 2 pairs of maternity jeans that I've alreeady been wearing forever. I made the bold decision to try on some of my pre-pregnancy jeans. I tried on one pair and it was a no go. Then I tried on a second pair and had to kind of squeeze my way into them and they actually fit, sort of! I still have the whole muffin top thing going on, with the stomach fat. Maybe if I hadn't eaten about 80 Hershey's Kisses in the past 2 days, things would be better for me! As long as I wear a shirt that's not very tight though, no one is the wiser! Another exciting piece of news. When we went to church today Addy slept through Relief Society for the first time since she's been born. It was so nice to be able to actually sit and listen to a Relief Society lesson, instead of being stuck in the mothers lounge feeding the baby. (Which by the way is only seperated from the women's restroom by a curtain, so it is not at all quiet for the baby and it's also about 10 below zero in there, it's the worst thing ever!) It has been quite the lovely past few days!

That is too funny about the pants. I'm surprised they don't fit because you looked really good on Thanksgiving. Teagan asked me the other day if I was having another baby as he eyed my belly. Which by the way is hands down the most amazing FUPA I have ever seen! The road map (aka stretch marks) tops it off nicely! Lovely picture, eh?

Sounds like you guys got home okay.
Good to see you at Aunt Patty's party. Hope the camera works for a long time.
Don't worry about the weight. It will come off when Ady starts running you around.
Also, thanks for video camera and blanket--need to figure out how to use it.

I was lucky enough to gain lots of weight before I got pregnant, so I was able to pull on the pre-prego clothes a week later after my swollen belly went down. With all the holiday treats I've been eating I may have trouble staying in my clothes.

ps - I like to read your blog because it's as if I can hear you talking to me.
