Addy is 1!

These pictures start with Addy at almost 1 year old and go month by month, up until the day she was born. These were the same pictures I hung up at her birthday party.













This is a couple of days belated, but it's been a super busy and very fun weekend. I will post pictures of the big birthday party bonanza as soon as possible. I can't believe that my baby girl is already a year old! Sadly, she has also been a little under the weather the past couple of days. Poor little lady! It's been a fun 1st year for our little Miss Addy. She is a mellow and happy baby, with only the occasional melt down when she's hungry or tired. I really love the age she is at right now and here are some things I love about her...
*Her faces, she is very expressive with her face and makes us laugh with all the funny faces she makes on a daily basis.
*Her smile, she has the cutest smile. Especially now that she has 6 teeth in her mouth.
*How she acts when she gets excited. She flaps her arms around and makes all sorts of cute little noises.
*Her giggling, she has such a sweet and genuine giggle. Especially when she's being tickled, very cute!
*Her tongue. She has such a long tongue and loves to stick it out all the time.
*Her babbling. I love driving around with her and hearing the cute little noises that she makes in the back seat. I also love the car noises she makes when she is crawling around the house.
*How she waves bye-bye and tries to say it also. She does the sweetest wave with her little baby hand.
*How much she loves her daddy! Whenever Ryan gets home she crawls to the door to greet him and is so excited to have him love her and play with her.
*How much she loves her bedtime routine. Going to bed is really her favorite time of day. She has her stuffed alligator whose tail she sucks on (along with her pointer finger) when she lays down.
*The way she eats. She has to concentrate so hard to move the food from the tray to her mouth and it's cute to watch her pick it up with her 2 fingers.
*Her pouty face. Since she was a little baby she has had the pouty face down. She is great at putting on her best frown when she's sad.
*Her dancing. She loves to sway side to side when certain songs ("I'm a Little Teapot" is the favorite lately) come on.
*How much of a little lady she is. She is very delicate in her gestures. She is also always crossing her legs when I get her dressed or feed her.
There are a host of other reasons to love our little Addy, but I'll stop the list there. I can't believe she's already a year old and we can't imagine what our lives were like before she came along and made them more joyful! We love our little Adeline!
