Ryan bought me so many nice gifts this year. Although, you can't tell from this picture I really liked this cake platter that he bought me. It also serves as a punch bowl and a tray for appetizers.
More than getting presents, Addy enjoyed crawling around in all the wrapping paper and using my body as a support system for walking.
Addy loved playing with and listening to Ry's headphones on the plane. I think these pictures are so funny!
This one of Addy's main forms of entertainment when our flight was delayed. She somehow crawled into this metal carry-on thing and started pushing it around. She was having a blast with it!
This is the way Addy gives kisses. She's all about the open mouth and she usually gets your chin! This is at the Mills family Christmas party.
One of the little Mills kids, kindly helping me unwrap my gift during the gift exchange. I ended up getting a really awesome serving set. Ryan ended up getting a creepy Santa Claus decoration.

It has taken me much too long to post this, but here it is nevertheless. We had a lovely Christmas this year with Ryan's family in Napa. (minus the getting there and back traveling issues, which I will discuss further later on.) We also had a lovely time at the Mills family Christmas party, with Ryan's extended family. Ryan's Aunt Patty and Uncle Scott always have us stay with them and are among the nicest people I know. While in Napa...
*We gorged ourselves on all kinds of food
*Got to go hiking with some of the family(I concluded that I haven't been hiking in about 4 years and also that I'm VERY out of shape!),
*Got to open many wonderful presents. Among my favorites, a book my sister-in-law Kelly made for Addy. She's a very talented scrapbooker and I will post a picture of it soon, it's so adorable and creative!
*Got to do lots of shopping and found some great bargains.
*Made my Grandma's fudge and gained about 5 pounds eating it.
*Addy had the worst cold/fever she's ever had.
*Ryan and I got to go on a breakfast date to a quaint little bakery in Napa, called Sweetie Pies. Delicious!
*Most of all, we got to be with Ryan's family. We love them and always appreciate the warmth and hospitality we feel when we're there!

i loooove the pictures of addy with the headphones on. those could not be cuter. i'm sad we didn't get to see you guys when you were only an hour away. i think our spokane trip overlapped most of when you were here. anyway, we should talk soon.

Yep! You got the inside joke. I think in my comment to you I was referring to my friends mom and someone thought it was my mom. When I told my mom about it she was not happy. She wanted me to go back and correct the situation but I told her nobody would ever read it and then your mom talked to her about it and she was so embarrassed. We still like to tease her about it.
