For your eating and viewing pleasure...

I tried this recipe for dinner tonight and it was oh so easy and quite delicious. Only I used chicken instead of ground beef and I also cut it in half.
My sister-in-law, Kelly bought me this cookbook for Christmas and so far, it's a winner! We tried the pb and jelly muffins that have a carrot puree in them and the twice baked potatoes with a cauliflower puree. Both very good! For the past 2 weeks I've been watching "Superstars of Dance." I really like it! It's basically the Olympics for dance. There are dancers representing 8 different countries. They have groups, couples and solos from each of the 8 countries and the dancers are then given scores by 8 judges representing each county. Only, if it's an American group dancing the American judge doesn't get to give them a score. It's really pretty cool! Anyone out there seen it? The season finale is happening next Monday and I'm excited to see who wins. So far, America is in the lead. If nothing else where else are you going to see a bunch of break dancing monks? (I'm not even joking, it's pretty awesome!) Lastly, I can't believe that I've never posted one of my all time favorite You Tube clips. I could watch it over and over and never get tired of it. Ryan and I came across it over a year ago and I think it is one of the funniest things in the world! Just the look on the little man's face while he is dancing is reason enough to watch it! We also enjoy the creepy man whose lying on the couch and smoking. What's he doing there? I'm sure many of you have already seen it, but if not enjoy!

That is quite funny. I wish I knew what they were saying at the end.

Wow. That made me feel jubilant...yet dirty. But I'll definitely watch it again! What's the name of the cookbook?

Melissa,

Thanks for visiting and especially commenting. It is so fun finding out people who read your blog. I love the Mills family!

I too also was so excited NieNie is back and loved her picture today, but it did make me a little somber. The realization that her body will probably never work the way she wants it to again is tough....but her spirit is there and that is amazing!

I love my nienie print! glad you loved it to. I sent her the link to see herself in my kitchen...as a little thank you to her for 'changing' me!

have a good evening!

I think Mike and Ryan would be great friends.

Oh, and I saw an episode of Super Stars of Dance the other day. Those dancing monks were wicked!

Freezer jam, which is what we made, is really easy. It is just time consuming. You should make some. It is way better than the store bought stuff :)
