Here it is, my 250th post. Hooray, yipee and woo-hoo! A little while back I participated in a blog giveaway on my sister-in-law Kelly's blog. You know the drill, "If you are one of the first 3 people to leave a comment you will get something from me within the year, but the catch is you have to post this on your blog..." I won't repeat the whole thing, because I know most of you have probably already seen it. Here's what I decided to do. In honor of this being my 250th post, I will give the first 3 people that comment a prize. Not to totally give away the surprise, but the prize will probably be some type of baked good. In case you haven't already heard, baking is my thing. Not to brag, (here we go again) but I make one mean cookie! Even if you don't live in the same state as me, no worries! I will pay shipping or what have you to make sure that your prize arrives in good condition. I make no guarantee that I will send it to you sooner; it might be later. Who knows? I will also mention that if you are one of the first 3 to comment, you are under no obligation to give 3 things away on your blog. If you want to, that would be a kind thing to do. If not, well it will be on your conscience! How's that for a guilt trip? Let the giveaway begin and "milk and cookies for everybody!" (inside joke between me and my older sister, so I hope she reads this, even if she doesn't comment on it!)
*Correction:I have decided to do this giveaway a bit differently than I originally planned in this post. As many of you can comment on this post as you like. (Only one comment per person though please.) On Wednesday, April 8th I will randomly choose 3 winners. I think that sounds like more fun, because it's more of a surprise and I really like surprises! Also, sorry Christina that you already made a comment. To make it fair, if you don't get chosen I will make you some cookies too. I will even make the long trek to hand deliver them to your doorstep!

Yay! I am the first to post! Wow that is amazing that you have posted 250 times. I don't think I have reached 100 yet.I am just so excited for something you bake.It really is your thing.
Maybe I should have Brien comment as well to improve our odds of winning. (Not that we really need someone to give us baked goods, we usually make enough of those on our own.)

Hi! I'm Michelle, Jocelyn's friend. Thanks for the comment on my blog! So, I know Jocelyn can make one mean cookie, and I would LOVE to try yours! I hope I get picked, I love winning things, and I also love cookies- win win situation. Although- I am moving to Texas in June, so if the cookies come later rather than sooner they would have to be shipped to Texas. If you are coming to Brady's graduation, then you could just hand deliver them then! It would be fun to meet you! There is your novel. :)
I'll comment, I rarely do, but it is for such a good cause. :) I love getting updated on your family, Addy is adorable and she would fit it with my munchkins perfectly. She is between Chase and the girls. Congrats on the 250th post. I have been working on putting mine blog into a book off blurb.com so I can't wait to get to 250. That's a lot of book.
