The search is over
I am a lady who loves her waffles! I make them fairly often and it's usually for dinner, not for breakfast. I have tried a whole plethora of different recipes in search of one that is truly the best. I think I found a definite front runner tonight. They weren't quite as crispy as I would have liked, (although I think that may have more to do with my junky waffle iron, than the recipe.) but they tasted so delicious! They have honey, yogurt and cinnamon in them, which made for a great flavor combination. I don't have any pictures to document, but they really are great. Oooh . . . I adore waffles (though, as I may have mentioned before, pancakes do nothing for me). Anyway, I was thinking about making them tonight, so I'm excited to check this recipe out . . . even if I am too lazy to actually go buuy yogurt to make them, I will be excited to try them soon!
I just printed this up, do you think I can use regular yogurt instead of Greek? Even the smell of Greek yogurt makes me want to hurl. I'm trying it tonight either way. We'll see how it turns out. Everything else in it sounds really good!
