She was smiling so much yesterday when I was changing her and it was so cute, but everytime I'd go to take a picture it would end up coming out with her eyes closed!
Jess, does this little dress look familiar?I just wanted to say that I love my families! I love my little family with Ryan and Addy. I also love my family with my mom, dad, and 2 sisters. Last but not least I love my in-law family, Ryan's parents, sisters, brother, wife and husbands of the aforementioned, and all the little kiddos. I feel especially grateful for Ryan's family after spending Thanksgiving with them and in particular for my mother-in-law. When we were in Napa last week, she took such good care of us. The greatest thing that she did was to take Addy during her nightly crying spells and try to calm her down and pretty much just listen to her wail for an hour or two straight! Ryan and I have had a hard time dealing with this the past couple weeks, so the break was great! Also, she watched Addy while Ryan and I went to the movies for our first official date since the baby arrived. On top of all this she made a fabulous Thanksgiving dinner for a whole bunch of people. She is without a doubt the nicest mother-in-law that anyone could ever have! Thank you so much Mardel! I am another person who didn't take any pictures on Thanksgiving, but I thought I'd post some random pics. of the baby to make everyone happy!

Oh, she looks cute in that dress! I wish it would still fit her on V-Day, but she's probably going to be too big by then.
I'm glad you recognize how very, very lucky you are to have such nice in-laws. I'd say about 95% of people aren't quite so lucky!
I am blushing! Thanks so much for the kind words. As you might imagine, it was my pleasure to hold Addy, crying or not! Such fun to have her here and to see how she has grown. She is fortunate to have such loving parents!
Okay, here's the situation, my parents went away on a weeks vacation and they left the keys to the brand new Porsche. Would they mind..hmm...well, of course not!....
We had fun with you guys too! Even when it involves DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince. haha
You do know you're talking about the Mills family, right? I'm kidding, I'm glad you had fun with our gang. We love you too! I hope you'll keep posting as many pics of Addy as you can. I love the heart dress. I can't wait to hold her again!
Right now Addy and Melissa are taking a nap on the couch together. Addy looks so cute cuddled up against Melissa! My wife is an amazing mom!
Also, I'd like to give a shout out to a great mother-in-law, GranJan Jones. She helped out so much when she came down here a few weeks ago. She and I are both neat freaks so it was nice to have her here. Jan and Terry have always been so good to Melissa and me, we both miss living close to them.
We also miss their huge HD-TV. And by we I mean me.
I should also give a shout out to Grandma Mills (my mom). We love our baby girl but it was so nice to not hear crying for a few hours and go see a movie.
We did have a great time at Thanksgiving with my family. We were both really sleep deprived since we got like 2 hours of sleep the first night/morning, but it was really fun hanging around my nieces and nephews and bugging my brother and my sisters. It was also fun helping my Dad buy a 52" HD-TV. I have a great family!
Thanks Ryan. That's the first time anyone has ever given me a "shout out" and I liked it! The pleasure was all mine being able to be there after Addy was born. I agree with your mom--she's a lucky baby!
I love that that was Mom's first "shout out". haha, I could've sword I'd given her one before!
