Ever since we went to Las Vegas, (about 3 weeks ago) I haven't been doing so hot with my goals to get in better shape. This week is the week I'm going to get back on track, I'm determined to do it. I've done better so far this week than I have been doing lately. My friend Kiersten had some great thoughts this morning that she shared with me about "putting off the natural man." It was very helpful to me and gave me greater motivation to do better. Gotta love good friends!

I looked at the goulash recipe and think I'll have to try it--especially since it's from Paula D.
